First prime care take pride in promoting the recovery and development of daily living skills necessary to optimise the independence of our service user within their own living environment. We offer care support for a wide range of needs from light house work or a few hours of personal care per week to a more comprehensive package of 24 hour living care. We give our clients the option of choosing short and long term domiciliary care and are able to deliver our services often within short notice.

- Care Assessment Meeting:Prior to commencement of service First Prime Care will meet with you to discuss your individual care needs in depth. This will allow us to agree and devise your personalised care plan. We will be able to answer all your questions in person.
- Service agreement:
After this initial meeting you will be given a quote reflecting and detailing the level of service you require. Agreement is reached and all contracts endorsed.
- Staff Corresponding Process:
The Staff Correspondence Process is a procedure that First Prime Care undertakes in order to match your care requirements to a care worker that can meet your individualised needs.
- Care Begins with regular reviews:
Once care begins, First Prime Care will continue to offer support throughout our journey together. Because we understand that care is an on-going requirement, we have made ourselves available and we are only a phone call away 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
