Home Care Support Worker
Location: South Norfolk & North Suffolk
We are currently looking for compassionate, caring individuals who are patient and understanding; and may be looking to progress in their career as a support worker. Experience or qualification in the field of health and social care would be preferred however this is not essential as First Prime Care ensure that all successful candidates undergo our full induction and training procedure.
The Role:
Under the supervision of Qualified health care professional and our care co-ordinator or you will be required to safely and efficiently deliver personal and social care to Our service users. You will be required to acknowledge and adhere to the company’s code of conduct. The candidate may have experience as a home carer or care assistant or home care assistant etc. However previous experience is not required as full training is provided.
Punctuality
Punctual time keeping in an essential part of the job role. It would be beneficial to have your own transport as you will be needed to travel to our clients homes at the designated work time.
Attitude
Our staff are expected to carry out their duties in a courteous, caring and sympathetic manner at all times.
Carer we are looking for must show good communicate skills be hardworking, reliable, dedicated and Willing to learn.
